Moneyback reimburses taxes paid by tourists on purchases while traveling in Mexico.
Problem: Moneyback urgently needed an agile way to reduce operational times and costs, as well as increase customer retention. Solution: Konfront created an omnichannel platform to digitally capture and organize customer data to streamline the refund process. Impact: After one year of implementation, the digital channel went from being non-existent to representing 15% of the business, in addition to obtaining a return on investment of 170%.
Juntos - Transforming lending and banking for couples.
Juntos offers a service of specialized financial products for couples.
Problem: Juntos didn´t have a digital channel nor the technological infrastructure to operate and manage clients. Solution: Konfront created a digital channel for Juntos that emphasized client generation, making the credit origination process attractive. Impact: Juntos had an estimated cost of client acquisition of $82 pesos. With Konfront´s technology, the cost went down to $35 pesos per client, representing a 58% reduction. The personnel operating cost went down 17%. This helped Juntos to use their resources to grow in users at a rate of 27% month over month.
Closter offers a marketplace for second-hand products in excellent quality and condition. Through this platform, users can buy and sell clothes.
Problem: Even though they had a digital channel, their platform had limited processes that were prompting their customers to abandon Closter. Solution: Konfront generated a webscrapping-based algorithm to find the catalog price of all products online (from Adidas to Hermes, LV, and Zara) by generating a database and automating the price suggestion. Impact: Initial clothing processing costs were cut by 45% because the number of users registering clothes that abandoned the process was reduced, as well as cutting the time workers spent checking products.
Liquick is a Multi-purpose Financial Company (SOFOM) that provides loans via payroll in Mexico. Problem: Liquick´s processes were highly manual and required physical paperwork, among other factors. This resulted in significant friction when Liquick tried to offer quick financial services to its clients. Solution: We created an end-to-end digital credit origination system that collects the application information necessary for online credit. Impact: With Konfront technology, Liquick was able to obtain more than 10,000 loan applicants and manage credit documentation digitally. Finally, it was also able to give more transparency to its partners and investors on the use of funds.
NoName is a platform dedicated to promoting art in Mexico through anonymous fairs.
Problem: They sought to maximize and increase their sales throughout the year since 100% of their income was generated in face-to-face fairs in Mexico City. Solution: Konfront prototyped and built a scalable, functional, and differentiated e-commerce with more than 70 postcards based on pieces of art promoted by NoName. Impact: NoName was able to expand its sales throughout the year. This digital channel now represented 39% of their total sales.
